Head of Department

The Department of Computer Engineering is a premier department and a pioneering branch of U. V. Patel College of Engineering. Our first batch entered in 1997. Major IT Industries visit regularly. At present, our students are working at Oracle-USA, Intel-USA, Google-USA, TCS, IBM, Cognizant, L&T, etc. We train our students in aptitude, communication skills, presentation skills, personality development, team building, etc.  We have excellent resources and the latest infrastructure available for the students. We expect that our students grow overall in addition to regular academics.

At present, Industry expectations have gone gamier. So along with knowledge, the right attitude & overall skills only lead them against challenges.

The department organizes various placement activities, workshops, seminars, project competitions that enable students to become competent enough. The department has also established a pool of highly experienced and qualified Industry and academic professionals who regularly guide us in improving the teaching-learning process also help in the development of course content as per Industry requirements.
