The global population is aging, and the demand for Biomedical Engineers to create new medical devices that diagnose diseases earlier, aid recovery, and improve quality of life has always been higher. Healthcare is a necessity, and there is a growing need for advanced medical technologies. Biomedical Engineering is a blend of BIOLOGY and ENGINEERING.

Biomedical Engineering Department at U. V Patel College of Engineering, Ganpat University was established in 200l. Department is well posed to cater the needs of the course and equipped with well-developed laboratories to satisfy the course curriculum of various subjects related especially to the Biomedical Engineering field.

The faculty members are highly related to the course curriculum in Biomedical Engineering subjects by their qualifications and experience. Besides this the supporting core subjects related to Electronics, Computer Programming and Control Engineering are taught in the context of biomedical applications.

For all-round growth of our student department regularly organized the expert lectures, hospital and industrial visits and hands on training, as well as full semester internship to empower the practical and professional knowledge.
