Dr. Kartikkumar Thakkar is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Automobile Engineering at U.V. Patel College of Engineering (Ganpat University). He completed his Postdoc at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) in 2024. At IIT Bombay, he gained experience working in the IC Engine & Combustion Lab of the Mechanical Engineering Department. He completed his Ph. D and M. Tech from Pandit Deendayal Energy University. His research area of specialization is biofuels and their applications in the Internal Combustion Engines. He has published more than 15 research papers and has 3 granted national patents. He has attended several International Conferences and has more than two years of research experience post Ph.D. He is a reviewer in several reputed scientific journals.
