Dr. Anand Mankodia is an accomplished academic professional with over two decades of experience in the field of Electronics & Communication Engineering. He embarked on his journey at the U. V. Patel College of Engineering in 2001, where he has served as a Professor. Dr. Mankodia's academic pursuit led him to attain his Ph.D. from Ganpat University in 2016, building on his strong educational foundation which includes a Master of Engineering (M.E.) degree from Gujarat University (2009) and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Dharmsinh Desai Institute of Technology (DDIT), Nadiad (2000). His areas of expertise encompass Image & Video Processing, Digital Systems, and Microprocessors. Driven by a deep-seated passion for teaching physics, he actively imparts his knowledge to first-year B.Tech. students. Dr. Mankodia has actively contributed to skill development through his participation in more than 30 Faculty Development Programs, Seminars, and Workshops. As a dedicated researcher, Dr. Mankodia has presented and published over 30+ papers in esteemed National & International Conferences and Journals. Furthermore, he has played a pivotal role in organizing 10+ seminars, workshops, and symposiums at the institute, often sponsored by prestigious funding agencies like CARS, GUJCOST, GEDA, DST, among others. His commitment to mentorship shines through in his supervision of more than 100 undergraduate and 10 postgraduate students during their project work. Dr. Mankodia is now a recognized Ph.D. Supervisor at Ganpat University, with six Ph.D. scholars currently registered under his guidance, one of whom has successfully completed their Ph.D. under his mentorship. With a strong background in education, research, and mentorship, Dr. Anand Mankodia continues to make significant contributions to the academic and research landscape of Electronics & Communication Engineering.
