Profile
Dr. Rakesh A. Patel is an engineer, educationist and passionate teacher with more than 26 years of teaching and 02 years of industrial experience. He has guided several undergraduate, postgraduate and Ph.D students for the project and research work. His research interest includes electrical machines, power system, renewable energy, energy conservation, condition monitoring and artificial intelligence.
He has published/presented 27 research papers in international/national journals and conferences include Taylor & Francis (T & F), IEEE. He has organized and attainted several STTP/Seminar/Conference.
He is a professor and currently leading the Department of Electrical Engineering at Ganpat University -U V Patel College of Engineering. He is Chairman of Board of Studies of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering Technology, Ganpat University.
He has done Ph.D from Ganpat University and thesis title was “Predictive Condition Monitoring of Induction Motor using Intelligent Approach”. Dr.Bhavesh Bhalja ( Professor, IIT, Roorkee) was his Ph.D guide.
