Prof. Kamlesh Ramesh Damdoo is an accomplished academician and researcher currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Ganpat University, under U. V. Patel College of Engineering. With more than eight years of teaching and academic experience, he has established a strong foundation in construction engineering, sustainable infrastructure, and project management. He holds a Master of Engineering degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Gujarat Technological University with commendable academic performance.
His major research interest lies in the field of Circular Economy in Construction, with a focus on sustainable construction practices, construction and demolition waste management, resource efficiency, and environmentally responsible infrastructure development. His interdisciplinary approach combines sustainability frameworks with practical engineering solutions to support resilient and resource-efficient construction systems.
In addition to teaching and research, he has served as a reviewer, mentor, organizer, and advisory member for several national and international academic events. His professional profile is further strengthened by certifications in Six Sigma, Project Management, Intellectual Property Law, and Human Resource Management.
