UVPCE ADMISSION 1997 TO 2004 HNGU TRANSCRIPT

Important Instructions / Procedure for Obtaining Transcript

Transcripts are usually used by candidates to apply for permanent residency, higher education, visa, H1B, immigration etc. If you are applying for WES evaluation (ECA) for job, education or  PR

General Instructions:

  • Submit your transcript application at the Student Section of U. V. Patel College of Engineering.
  • Incomplete form will not be accepted.
  • Student have to pay the transcript fees as applicable and Postage Charges if requested through Postal delivery at address requested.
  • The Fees paid is not refundable and not adjustable.

Procedure for the students admitted from 1997 to 2003:

  1. Prepare the transcript as per format in following link

        HNGU Transcript Format New

  1. Submit application form and Transcript format dully filled with details required therein with Photocopy of the All Semester Marksheets (Self Attested)
  2. The transcript will be verified at principal office and duly signed by Principal with official seal of college.
  3. The same will be submitted to The Registrar, Hemchandrachaya North Gujarat University, Patan for further process.

Procedure for the students admitted in 2004:

Note: Student has to issue transcripts from HNGU for year 2004 and from Ganpat University for year 2005 to 2007. Students have to pay fees to both the universities as per their norms.

To issue first year transcript from HNGU:

  1. Prepare the transcript as per format in flowing link (for first year transcript i.e. 2004 only)

      HNGU Transcript Format New

  1. Submit application form and Transcript format dully filled with details required therein with Photocopy of the first year Marksheet (Self Attested)
  2. The transcript will be verified at principal office and duly signed by Principal with official seal of college.
  3. The same will be submitted to The Registrar, Hemchandrachaya North Gujarat University, Patan for further process.

To issue second year onwards transcript from Ganpat University:

  1. Student have to follow the Transcript Application Process as mentioned on below link
