Ms. Barkha Mehta is a dedicated academic professional with a vision for computer engineering. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Computer Engineering Department at U. V. Patel College of Engineering and Technology, Ganpat University. With over six years of teaching experience, Ms. Mehta has made notable contributions to both academic and administrative areas. Driven by a strong commitment to education and research, she aims to create an inclusive, dynamic learning environment that fosters innovation and critical thinking among future technology professionals.

She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Charutar Vidya Mandal University, Anand, Gujarat. Her research focuses on data science, machine learning, and algorithms, particularly in healthcare applications. Ms. Barkha holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Government Engineering College, Modasa in 2017 and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from G.H. Patel College of Engineering & Technology, Vallabh Vidyanagar in 2014.

Barkha’s research achievements include publishing 8 research papers in reputed journals and holding 5 patents in the UK, India, and South Africa. She has also completed a Book Proposal Prepublication Review for CRC Press/Taylor & Francis and serves as a Reviewer Editor for the Journal of Agriculture and Veterinary Science (ISRDO). Actively committed to professional growth, she has completed over 15 Faculty Development Programs and organized various national-level seminars and expert talks, enriching the educational community.
